Trail:5.5 miles, 3 hours

This lake is an out and back trail. The hike to the lake is a steady incline up though meadows and forest. It's refreshing to take in the views of the lake after 5.5 miles of hiking. Many of us were wondering how much farther it would be, when we came around the last hill and saw the lake. We had Henry with us, and we all took turns passing him around in the carrier and on shoulders. We didn't pass anyone on the trail so bring bear spray.
